Juniper Education Consulting Inc. is full-range, education, consulting firm with an emphasis on relevant research, assessment, and training.  After years of seeing educational entities, and those serving the education market, struggle to find and use relevant research, Drs. Jeremy and Debora Ortloff founded JEC in 2009.  Initially focused on the Gulf Coast region of the United States, JEC now provides services throughout the United States and Internationally with clients and offices in upstate New York, Houston and the greater D.C. area.  All consultants at JEC are educators. We bring expertise in policy, assessment, evaluation and instruction and couple it with years of classroom experience from pre-k through graduate levels.
